So on the Steam page this is a full release game. But when you launch the game it's stated by the dev that it's early access? Also at time of writing in 2022 it's no longer in development. Either way, it sure feels like it's in early access. It's an okay game when it works. But I've had freezes and crashes to desktop on loading screens and stage transitions. Game feels a bit clunky with controls, movement, and fighting.

If you're going to get it, then get it on sale. Like more than 50%. I know the dev had some family crisis that caused the development to stop so I feel bad talking bad about the game and giving a negative review but it is what it is. Like I said, it's an okay game. Get it for 5 bucks and play around w/ the different characters that you unlock fairly easily and fast.
