Game has survival mode and 3 acts with 10 waves each, last of them contains a boss
You will quickly finish the acts and then you can only play in survival mode
It's OK if you seek for shoot'em-up TD-likeish game for 1-3 days because all game content is unlocked very quickly.
And unfortunately there is no any plot which would allow you to stay longer.
