Judgement: Not Recommended

Oh-my-gosh! This game reminds me so much of Flappy Bird... mainly because it's equally as frustrating to play.
The game also comes in two difficulty modes - Easy and Hard. The easy mode only contain vertical pillars where you'll only have to dodge sideways using the A or D keys, while the hard mode contains both horizontal and vertical pillars, forcing you to sometimes use the Spacebar to jump over the obstacles.
To give you some form of motivation to continue playing, the game has several skins for your characters - some of which are admittedly pretty cool-looking, but I believe you can unlock all the skins not by running further but by staying longer in the game. In other words, you can basically idle the game away to get new skins... I think,
I've tapped on several keys while in the game, thinking there might be some booster or power-up or something, but nah... the game's exactly what it looks like - a simple and straightforward, endless runner.
Quick tip if you want to be added to the leaderboard, don't click on "Restart" whenever you ran into a pillar or dropped off the path. Instead, exit the game mode and enter it again. Your previous high score should then appear on the leaderboard :)
Unless you're the sort of player who enjoys playing extremely frustrating games like Flappy Bird, I would not recommend buying the game even if it costs only 49 cents. I don't really enjoy dying every few seconds and starting all over.
However, if you got this game as part of a bundle or for free in a giveaway (like I did), then why not give the game a try? It takes mere minutes (at most) to download and can be fun for a while especially if you don't seem to have anything else to play.
So, to clarify the recommendation I gave - I would recommend playing this game if you got it as part of a bundle or as a freebie but I wouldn't recommend spending money buying it.
I still don't think I would personally spend money to buy this game but I have to admit - it does have its own charms. Just don't go in expecting an endless runner like Temple Run and you should be fine I think.

And I run and I run and I run...
Endless Maneuver is a rather nice-looking endless runner where your character gets to run on a thin strip of path that's somehow suspended in midair. Your role in this game is to help your character avoid running into the many pillars that litter the path and to avoid falling from the path into the great abyss down below. The further you are able to run, the more points you'll gain - it's that simple!

What do I think?
Frankly speaking, Endless Maneuver looks nice and all, has pretty cool music, and has some form of goal for you to strive for (leaderboard and new skins), but I don't think this game - at least many of its randomly-generated maps - is actually designed for humans to play. You'll basically need inhuman speed and reflexes, especially in the hard mode, just to leap over obstacles and not jump right into some pillar that's placed right in front of you. Addendum
I finally discovered why people enjoy playing frustrating games - you just want to keep one-upping yourself even if it takes an hour replaying the Easy Mode for me to get to a score of 24 - I'm ranked 9th on the leaderboard, by the way :) I still don't think I would personally spend money to buy this game but I have to admit - it does have its own charms.
