Nice game concept. Managing areas with few reputation elements and money, organizing crews, turn-based strategy, different skills for each crew category.

I love it.

A little problem with mouse sensitivity, very slow, can't be changed. My mouse has fixed DPI, can't change using 3rd party. So, I tried using controller but poorly perform. Not intuitive, poor auto-button on maps (move cursor manually). I can't blame poorly controller support, this game has no description for it. At least, using controller can help me so much, except map-click.

I haven't play long, only 2 different extortion after tutorial but repeat them twice. I repeat them by load save game (after tutorial), after knowing crew won't get exp before choose a skill.

But my 2nd game session is terrible. Instead of load save game, deleted all save game incidentally. Pretty sure I didn't get any warning, then all is gone.

Even I got those problems, this game is fine. You may easily get rid those problems.
I enjoy it, wanna play more.
