A very nice idea for a game, unfortunately poorly executed and not too well explained and translated, with infuriating story included in the deal. 3 out of 10, not recommended; even as a freebie not worth your time.

One example is the game's character creation screen... on which you can change your last name. That's all. You have to play as a SWM (Straight White Male)... and a wimp. Because obviously it has been funny for the devs to write a story about your good for nothing drunk uncle accompanying you on the road and claiming that "me and you are making this circus great", because you are too weak willed to get rid of him. No, he doesn't give you any useful hints, he doesn't help you in any way, he just constantly remind you, that you are a wimp. Yes, there is a skip dialogue option... but it stops every time, when there is an option for you answer, which AFAIK has no impact on the game, but before you can skip again, gives your uncle a chance to make 1 more infuriating remark.

(Edit) What's even more disturbing, but writing the original review I did want to give the devs a bit more time, is the fact, that the game seems to be already abandoned/on the backburner, due to a new game being developed. With a card bug making one of the most interesting performers to be virtually useless (misbehaving Indian Rope card for Fakir - just don't use him, until it's fixed), which would seem be be quite easy to fix, already for a month after being reported we have no sign of a fix and since the initial promise, that it will be fixed soon, we've heard nothing more from the devs. (Edit end)

At the end though it's most important, that the game, even ignoring the "story" part, is no fun to play :(.
