Judgement: Not Recommended

Soft pass. I loved the lore and characters in Mind Scanners but the minigames just get to be a bit too much. Constant repetition of madness curing devices is "solved" later game by the addition of conditions which block or delay patient treatment, all presumably in the hopes to cause you to fail your current run through the game. This feels less like difficulty and more like a way for the developer to pass the refund cap, and honestly they didn't need to do that as if you're a slow reader you'll just naturally go over it without noticing.
Great visual styling and a solid if barebones ominous soundtrack make this a relatively solid package, but note if you're using an FPS limiter like I do for many Unity games it will break two of the minigame devices - they look like they're working but you'll fail using them each time. Achievement hunters note all included appear to work going by statistics but if you're looking for a short game to 100% Mind Scanners isn't it.
Worth taking a look at if you get it from a bundle, but otherwise I'd skip this one. There's a neat game here but it's buried under lots of headache-inducing filler.
