I feel like this is one of those games that's going to stick with me for a long time. It's incredibly imaginative and filled with a child-like sense of wonder, yet it also has some seriously dark undertones that kind of creep up on you and hit you right in the feels HQ when you're least expecting it. I love the characters, even if I felt like some of them could have been fleshed out a lot more. Everything with Spot gave me a big smile.
The puzzles were challenging but fair. I didn't have to consult my walkthrough as much as I usually do in point and click games. It was also a bit unique, in that it gave you a choice for how to handle a couple scenarios.
My only real problem with it is I didn't realize that it's a sequel to The Whispered World, and I think I was pretty confused at times because I didn't understand some of the references.
